Summer Search Philadelphia seeks a Director of Programs to oversee the delivery and impact of our mentoring, post-secondary advising, and summer experiences for students.

Reporting to the Philadelphia Executive Director, you will manage a team of five staff, build crucial partnerships, and drive program strategy to expand reach and outcomes.

You will champion equity, steward program quality, and report on performance to inform growth and sustainability.
