Job summary

Westfield is seeking a National Partner Manager to lead executive relationships with our largest national distribution partners, including agency networks, aggregators, financial institutions, and private equity-backed organizations with complex agency structures.

This role focuses on aligning enterprise and partner strategies and driving profitable growth across Westfield's Standard Lines business segments.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in Sales or Distribution Management with strategic partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level relationships with Westfield's strategic national partners.
• Develop and execute partner growth strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Serve as strategic owner of partnerships, overseeing engagement, governance, and lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to expand business, increase market presence, and partner value.
• Lead strategic planning and reviews using data and market insights.
• Collaborate with Distribution Management, Underwriting, Product, Operations, and more.
• Provide market intelligence on distribution trends and PE activity.
• Facilitate governance and accountability for risk oversight and standards.
• Represent Westfield as a trusted advisor to senior partner leadership.
• Manage budgets and investments in line with objectives.
