Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a National Development Manager to expand Ryder's footprint by turning qualified leads into meetings with Field Sales. The role focuses on national accounts and advancing prospects through the sales cycle.

You will nurture leads, qualify them using BANT, and educate prospects on Ryder's value proposition while coordinating with Ryder Sales Representatives to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/marketing.
• 3+ years in sales, with at least 3 years inside sales (preferred).
• 5+ years selling in a B2B environment (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead nurturing and qualification to determine when to involve a sales resource.
• Schedule meetings between Sales Qualified and Ryder Sales Representatives.
• Educate prospects on Ryder's value proposition and services.
• Maintain high call volume to pass qualified leads and generate revenue.
