Savia USA is seeking a Grocery Channel Specialist to own national and regional grocery account growth. You will navigate category reviews, planogram cycles, and slotting while leveraging buyer relationships to open doors and secure shelf space.

The role reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing and involves data-driven storytelling, travel, and collaboration with brokers and distributors to drive in-store execution and promotional programs.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of CPG sales experience with a focus on grocery and natural channels.
• Existing buyer relationships at national or regional grocery chains is required.
• Proven track record of selling through category reviews and securing shelf placement.
• Experience with grocery brokers and retail distributors is preferred.
• Familiarity with IRI, SPINS, or Nielsen data to build compelling category stories.

Responsabilidades

• Open and manage national and regional grocery chain accounts from pitch to PO and reset execution.
• Navigate category reviews, planogram submissions, and slotting at major banners.
• Build data-driven sell stories using velocity stats and category trends.
• Work with broker partners to drive in-store execution and promo compliance.
• Manage promotional calendars and trade spend with operations and finance.
• Attend trade shows and buyer events to advance account relationships.
• Report account status and forecasts to the VP of Sales and Marketing.
