Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a high-impact National Retail Accounts Lead to manage major U.S. grocery chains and drive growth across distribution and assortment.

You will craft launch plans, coordinate with distributors, and optimize promotional programs to accelerate sell-through. Ideal candidates have extensive CPG sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry focused on sales or account management.
• 2–4 years direct experience with buyers and brokers at two national retail chains, incl. Whole Foods and Sprouts.
• Proven ability to develop retailer relationships, expand distribution, and grow national accounts.
• Experience developing retail launch strategies, promotional calendars, and trade marketing programs.
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities including ROI and demand forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage national retail accounts with major chains to build strategic relationships.
• Develop launch strategies and coordinate onboarding with distributors.
• Expand distribution, drive SKU additions, and improve shelf presence.
• Create promotional calendars and retailer programs to drive sell-through.
• Evaluate trade spend and ROI to improve profitability and objectives.
• Coordinate in-store execution with merchandising partners and retailers.
