Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. seeks a National Field Development Specialist to design and implement training programs for agency and corporate staff outside headquarters.

You will collaborate with Medical Education, sales, and product management to craft a sales strategy and embed it into training materials and programs. The role involves supporting the field in surgical cases to drive adoption, optimize outcomes, and generate revenue growth, focusing on Ring Fix, Hindfoot Nail, MIS, and Total Ankle

Qualifications

• Must be capable of influencing internal and external sales personnel.
• Knowledgeable of clinical/hospital/physician environment.
• Strong project management, presentation and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in business planning, strategy development, and execution of solutions/programs in healthcare environments.
• Excellent presentation, communication, organization and planning skills.
• Training in the area of professional selling and sales process.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience preferred.
• Results oriented and client focused.
• Resourceful and creative regarding resources.
• Able to work collaboratively across functional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Works with Corporate National and Regional Sales Managers, and corporate and agency leadership to identify training needs/opportunities and to implement tactics to support business needs. Develops systematic integration of feedback in formulating strategic plans for Sales Training.
• Works closely with members of the National Sales Team to ensure the appropriate creation and execution of learning and development content (ECI templates, AXIS implementation, etc.), programs and platforms to support the company's marketing and business plans.
• Works in close collaboration with Director and Sr. Manager, Global Foot & Ankle and Trauma, to identify critical sales competencies and develop short, medium and long term plans to develop teams in those areas.
• Responsible for identifying new and emerging learning trends, executing against short and long-term strategies, and developing platforms to support learning and development initiatives.
• Responsible for identifying, developing, and fostering business relationships with key outside parties that will support the business plans and growth objectives of the business.
• Effectively executes and facilitates results through the development of strong partnerships with counterparts with a particular emphasis on Sales, National Accounts, Product Management, Marketing and Medical Education.
• Works with Meetings team to organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
• Stays abreast of trends within Training and Development. Adapt new approaches as appropriate. Accountable for ensuring the maximization of sales force competency and performance via statistical models tied to sales results.
