Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Foot & Ankle and/or Trauma experience required.
• Strong surgeon conversion and technology adoption track record.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district Foot & Ankle and Trauma strategy.
• Drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Build relationships with orthopedic surgeons and administrators.
• Lead launches of new technologies in the district.
• Forecasting and district business reviews.
