Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a National Field Development Specialist for Foot and Ankle & Trauma.

This remote role travels primarily to the West US and partners with Medical Education, sales and product management to build a sales training strategy that drives surgeon adoption and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in sales or related experience, plus 3+ years leading learning initiatives in healthcare or medical devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, science or related field.
• MBA preferred or equivalent advanced degree.
• 10+ years in sales or industry experience.
• 3+ years leading a learning function in sales/marketing/training/product management.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with Corporate National/Regional Sales and leadership.
• Create and deliver learning content aligned to sales strategy.
• Collaborate with Global Foot & Ankle and Trauma leadership on competency development.
• Develop programs and materials for field adoption to drive revenue growth.
• Organize training venues, logistics, and travel arrangements as needed.
• Monitor trends and adapt training strategies to maximize sales force performance.
