Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company seeking a National Field Development Specialist to design and implement training programs for field and corporate staff outside headquarters.

You will collaborate with Medical Education, sales, product management, and marketing to build strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth. The role is remote with up to 70% travel to the West US, requiring strong presentation, project management and stakeholder management to influence learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of sales or industry experience required.
• 3+ years of direct responsibility for learning function in sales, marketing, training, or product management; orthopedic/medical device experience preferred.
• Experience in Sales operations and sales effectiveness required.
• Direct experience working with external customers required.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with national and regional sales leaders and implement tactics to support business needs.
• Develop and deliver learning content for sales teams and channels.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, product management, and marketing to align training with strategic sales plans.
• Support field teams in surgical cases to drive adoption and revenue growth (e.g., Ring Fix, Hindfoot Nail, MIS, Total Ankle Arthroplasty).
• Travel up to 70% to support regional trainings and field events.
