Job summary

CareDx, a leader in precision medicine diagnostics, is seeking a National Account Director to lead national enterprise strategy and revenue growth with IDNs, GPOs, and national laboratories.

You will own enterprise account planning, negotiate contracts, and drive cross-functional pull-through across the CareDx portfolio, reporting to the VP of Sales. This role requires executive presence, strong negotiation and analytics, and the ability to travel up to 75% to support strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial leadership or enterprise account management in healthcare or diagnostics.
• Experience contracting with IDNs, GPOs, national labs, and related partners.
• Strong negotiation, pricing strategy and revenue realization capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic enterprise relationships with national IDNs, GPOs, health systems, and national labs.
• Develop and execute multi-year account strategies to expand adoption of CareDx offerings.
• Lead enterprise account planning, pipeline progression and contracting strategy.
• Negotiate and execute enterprise agreements and master service agreements; drive pull-through and revenue realization.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with executives using KPIs and utilization data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, Legal, Finance, and Operations to deliver aligned account plans.
