Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a National Account Director to lead national enterprise account strategy and drive growth with IDNs, GPOs, and national laboratories.

You will own enterprise planning, partnerships, contract negotiations, and cross-functional execution to deliver revenue growth and portfolio adoption. Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial leadership or enterprise account management in healthcare/diagnostics or related fields.
• Proven success in driving enterprise revenue growth, portfolio adoption, and contract pull-through.
• Experience with IDNs, health systems, GPOs, national laboratories, or B2B partnerships.
• Strong understanding of contracting, pricing, market access, reimbursement, and value-based partnerships.
• Ability to influence executives and stakeholders across large, matrixed orgs.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic enterprise relationships with national IDNs, GPOs, health systems, labs, and oncology organizations.
• Develop and execute multi-year account strategies to expand adoption of CareDx products and services.
• Lead enterprise account planning, pipeline progression, contracting strategy, and revenue realization.
• Negotiate and execute enterprise agreements, MSAs, lab services agreements, GPO frameworks and pricing strategies.
• Drive contract pull-through from signing to protocol adoption and revenue impact.
• Build trusted executive relationships with health system leaders and administrative stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Legal, Finance, Customer Experience, and Operations to align account plans.
• Lead quarterly business reviews using KPIs and utilization data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Use dashboards and analytics to monitor performance and guide decisions.
• Support national lab, channel, and other partnership opportunities aligned to growth.
