Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales, channel management, or business development in industrial markets.
• Demonstrated success expanding distributor networks and selling through independent distributors.
• Background in hydraulic components, fluid power, or related products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a two- to three-year national distribution growth strategy.
• Evaluate current distributor network and identify growth potential.
• Recruit qualified new distribution partners and define selection criteria.
• Drive revenue growth through existing distributors and joint business plans.
• Represent the company at industry events and collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives.
