RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a National Distribution Manager to design and expand a nationwide distributor network across the United States. The role focuses on strategy, partner development, and revenue growth in hydraulic, fluid power, and industrial markets.

You will travel nationally to partner sites and industry events, lead joint business plans with distributors, and establish KPIs and performance reviews to drive market presence.

Qualifications

5+ years in sales/channel management in industrial markets.
Proven track record growing distributor networks.
Experience selling through independent distributors.
Background in hydraulic components or related products.
Willingness to travel nationwide.
Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a 2–3 year national distribution growth strategy.
Evaluate distributor network performance and identify growth opportunities.
Recruit new distributors and strengthen relationships with partners.
Set distributor criteria, KPIs, and quarterly reviews.
Collaborate with leadership on commercial growth initiatives.
Provide sales forecasts and contribute to annual planning.
Represent the company at trade shows and events.
