LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an experienced National Distribution Manager to design and execute a comprehensive U.S. distributor network strategy.

You will build a strong nationwide network by evaluating existing partners, expanding coverage, and recruiting new distributors across the United States. The role emphasizes driving revenue through distributor partnerships, developing joint business plans, and expanding market presence with a focus on hydraulic, fluid power, and industrial equipment

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, channel management, or business development in industrial markets.
• Proven track record growing distributor networks and selling through independent distributors.
• Experience with hydraulic components, fluid power, or related industrial products.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national distribution growth strategy (2–3 years).
• Evaluate and strengthen distributor relationships and performance.
• Recruit new distributors and establish selection criteria and KPIs.
• Provide training, sales support, and market development assistance to partners.
• Represent the company at trade shows, distributor meetings, and customer events.
