Qualifications

• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 2–3 year national distribution growth strategy.
• Evaluate current distributor network and identify growth opportunities.
• Recruit new distributors and establish performance criteria.
• Drive revenue growth through partners and provide training and support.
• Collaborate with U.S. leadership and international counterparts on growth initiatives.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership.
