Daikin Applied, the world's largest HVAC company, seeks a National Business Development Manager to lead the Data Center aftermarket service growth. This role drives maintenance agreement sales, pricing, and standardized processes across District Service organizations while maintaining local customer relationships and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business/engineering field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience including management, leadership, business development or strategic sales.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the national Data Center aftermarket service growth strategy.
• Partner with District Service orgs to identify, price, propose, negotiate, and secure maintenance agreements.
• Serve as the national Data Center service SME on operations, requirements and market trends.
• Meet with SVP of Sales and VP of National Accounts to review activity and customer needs.
• Establish standardized maintenance programs and pricing strategies for nationwide consistency.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to increase recurring aftermarket revenue and customer retention.
• Coordinate opportunities to provide a consistent service experience while preserving local ownership.
