Job summary

Actalent Services LLC (formerly EASi LLC) is hiring a Business Development Manager with strong data center industry experience selling project management, construction management, engineering and design services. This is a new, permanent role offering remote flexibility and a broad runway to drive Actalent Services' capabilities to new clients nationwide.

The role focuses on developing and executing Actalent Services’ data center sales strategy, collaborating with internal delivery partners to

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years sales and new business development experience selling engineering services, power/energy solutions, or construction management.
• Minimum 5 years in mission-critical / data center industries selling onsite PM/CM or offsite engineering outsourcing.
• Proven ability to win new logos and expand existing accounts within data center hyperscalers, AEC, or power delivery sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify new services opportunities within target accounts aligned to Actalent’s data center growth strategy.
• Provide SME by understanding competitive landscape in engineering services and data center project lifecycle.
• Utilize consultative selling to drive market share and increase deal size across the services value chain.
• Achieve growth by expanding current Actalent accounts and winning new logos with on/offshore capabilities.
• Travel domestically as required to meet clients and internal stakeholders.
