Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics activities on a national scale. You will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support underwriting evaluations, renewal negotiations, funding analyses, and strategic client decision‑making.

You will partner with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver data‑driven insights, improve operational excellence, and enhance client outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as stated in ideal qualifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.
• Experience in underwriting, funding arrangements, and healthcare pricing tools is preferred.
• Ability to interpret underwriting data, trends, and financial implications.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills required.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IOA Benefits Group data analytics activities nationally.
• Analyze underwriting, claims, and financial data to support client strategy.
• Provide data-driven insights for carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver analytical support for renewals, presentations, and business development.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating complex information clearly.
• Develop analytics methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Utilize BI tools to enhance client outcomes and operations.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and account teams.
