Job summary
Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics across the benefits group, collecting and interpreting underwriting, claims, and financial data to inform client decisions. You will partner with senior consultants and benefits teams to deliver insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics/statistics/actuarial science or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving with data-driven approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy and decision-making.
- Deliver data-driven insights that help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
- Develop reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly.
- Support underwriting evaluations and funding analyses.
