Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics activities on a national scale. You will collect, analyze, interpret, and report underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client decisions and strategy.

You will collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to optimize pricing, funding analyses, and program performance while delivering clear, actionable insights for client objectives and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative/analytic field and capability to interpret complex data.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with client-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite for reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nationwide analytics initiatives for IOA Benefits Group.
• Evaluate underwriting data and support pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to inform client risk, trends, and program performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, and business development.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating complex information clearly.
