Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead data analytics on a national scale, partnering with underwriters, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver insights that support underwriting evaluations, renewal negotiations, funding analyses, and strategic client decisions.

The role emphasizes data collection, interpretation, reporting, and the development of dashboards and exhibits to communicate complex information clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a business/finance/economics/statistics/mMathematics/actuarial field or related
• Strong data analytics and financial analysis skills
• Knowledge of underwriting methodologies, funding concepts, and healthcare pricing tools
• Ability to interpret complex data for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven consulting, presentation, and client service skills

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics activities nationwide to support underwriting evaluations and client decisions
• Provide data-driven insights for renewals, pricing negotiations, and funding analyses
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate complex information clearly
• Collaborate with Producers, Benefits teams, and Account staff to align on client objectives
• Ensure analytics processes and best practices drive consistent results
• Utilize BI tools to optimize reporting and client deliverables
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively
• Support training and knowledge sharing within IOA Benefits Group
