Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics nationwide. The role supports underwriting evaluations, renewal negotiations, funding analyses, and strategic client decisions while partnering with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of analytics experience, strong data interpretation skills, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• 5-7 years experience in analytics or underwriting support.
• Experience in benefits analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support national analytics for IOA Benefits Group.
• Analyze underwriting, claims, and financial data for client insights.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and financial exhibits.
• Consult with clients and internal teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Support renewals, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Maintain analytics methodologies and best practices.
