Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead national data analytics, support underwriting, and deliver insights for renewals and funding analyses. You will collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to drive client outcomes and growth.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of analytics experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with BI tools and MS Office in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical, underwriting, and financial data interpretation knowledge.
• Experience with underwriting methods, funding arrangements, and healthcare pricing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client advisory skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IOA Benefits Group data analytics activities nationally.
• Provide data-driven insights to support underwriting evaluations, renewals, and funding analyses.
• Deliver client consulting and analytical support for negotiations and strategic decisions.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating complex data clearly.
• Collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and account teams to meet client objectives.
• Develop analytics methodologies, standards, and best practices to improve results.
