Insurance Office of America seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead national analytics for underwriting, renewal negotiations, and client insights. You will collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultant, Producers, and Benefits teams to drive data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes data collection, interpretation, reporting, and client consultation, using analytics tools to improve outcomes, growth, and operational excellence across the IOA Benefits group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial risk assessment principles
• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven financial analysis
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution-development skills
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Data analytics & interpretation to support client strategy and decision-making.
• Underwriting support: evaluate data and develop pricing/funding recommendations.
• Client consulting: deliver data-driven insights on risks, trends, performance.
• Sales support: provide analytical support for renewals and business development.
• Reporting & presentation development: create dashboards and financial exhibits.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
