Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead and support IOA Benefits Group data analytics on a national scale. You will gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to inform client strategy and decision making.

The role partners with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver data‑driven insights for underwriting, renewals, funding analyses, and strategic initiatives, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial risk assessment principles
• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data‑driven financial analysis
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution‑development skills
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings to technical and non‑technical audiences
