Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead data analytics on a national scale. You will gather, analyze, and present underwriting and financial data to support client strategy and carrier negotiations.

The role partners with senior consultants, producers, and benefits teams to deliver actionable insights, drive renewal success, and promote operational excellence across IOA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, funding arrangements and pricing principles.
• Strong analytical, consulting and client-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support analytics activities on a national scale for employee benefits.
• Analyze underwriting, claims, and financial data to inform client decisions.
• Provide data-driven insights for renewals, negotiations, and client strategies.
• Collaborate with Producers, account teams and carriers to deliver analyses.
• Develop reports and dashboards communicating complex data clearly.
