The role partners with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and account teams to deliver insights, build dashboards, and improve processes in a remote-first setup across the Eastern Time Zone and Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support national analytics activities for IOA Benefits Group.
• Analyze underwriting, claims, financial and benefits data to support client decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and financial exhibits for presentations.
• Collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultant, Producers, and Benefits teams.
