Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or actuarial science.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements, and pricing tools.
• Experience in data-driven financial analysis, risk assessment, and healthcare pricing.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and consultative solution development skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; client service oriented.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support analytics activities on a national scale, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Provide underwriting support through data-driven recommendations for pricing and funding analyses.
• Deliver insights to help clients understand risks, trends, and program performance.
• Partner with producers and benefits teams to support renewals and business development.
• Create clear reports and dashboards communicating complex information effectively.
• Develop and maintain analytics methodologies, standards, and best practices.
