Insurance Office of America is a national benefits analytics leader seeking a National Analytic Consultant to lead analytics for Employee Benefits. This remote role supports underwriting, renewals, funding analyses, and client decisions with data-driven insights.

Remote across ETZ and Florida with occasional onsite as needed. You will partner with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and account teams to deliver reporting, dashboards, and financial exhibits while advancing analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, funding, and pricing tools.
• Experience with data-driven financial analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to interpret complex data for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data.
• Provide data-driven insights to support client strategy and decisions.
• Support carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating findings.
• Collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and accounts.
• Maintain analytics methodologies and reporting standards.
• Utilize BI tools to enhance client outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement.
