The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years in the CPG industry with a strong sales/account management background. Digital/Omnichannel expertise is preferred and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in the CPG industry; strong background in Sales and Account Management.
• Digital/Omnichannel expertise preferred.
• Knowledge of customer account business models, processes, and priorities.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth.
• Drive distribution, shelving, pricing, and promotion strategy.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, distributors and brokers.
• Own account P&Ls and manage budgets for growth and profitability.
• Forecast sales and ensure supply reliability across brands.
