• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale clinical tech interventions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnerships and care model integration across specialty care.
• Own end-to-end technology pathways from problem discovery to deployment.
• Oversee cross-functional teams of product managers, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists and designers.
• Ensure seamless integration between external data sources and Epic workflows.
• Drive reporting and actionable insights to improve clinical care and reduce costs.
