CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Chronic Condition Management to drive the technology strategy and end-to-end execution of programs that improve patient outcomes. You will lead a multidisciplinary team including Epic Analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and designers to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps.

You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to optimize care pathways, reduce costs, and ensure safety and patient experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required; graduate degree preferred.
10+ years of healthcare technology product management and enterprise EHR (Epic) experience.
Proven track record partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care orgs.
Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
History delivering scalable clinical technology improving outcomes and reducing costs.

Responsabilités

Lead technology product strategy and end-to-end execution for chronic condition programs.
Oversee Epic/technology architectures and translate clinical ideas into actionable specs.
Own product roadmap, backlogs, and ensure transparency with HCD leadership.
Ensure smooth data integration between external sources and Epic workflows for clinicians.
Drive continuous improvement to achieve targeted clinical and financial outcomes.
Mentor and build a high-performing cross-functional product team.
