Roth Staffing’s Ultimate Staffing Services division seeks a Director of National Accounts to drive strategy, growth, and performance across national client and MSP partnerships. You will lead MSP Specialists and National Account Managers, guiding client satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence as a strategic partner to customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience managing national, enterprise, and MSP/VMS staffing programs.
• Experience leading and developing account management teams.
• Hands-on recruiting experience.
• Strong understanding of MSP/VMS program operations, SLAs, KPIs, and contract compliance.
• Proven track record of driving account growth, retention, and client satisfaction.

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of MSP Specialists and National Account Managers, establishing performance expectations and driving accountability.
• Establish and execute strategic account plans for national MSP and enterprise clients to drive revenue growth and retention.
• Oversee requisition management processes to ensure fulfillment goals and client expectations are met.
• Identify sales opportunities to grow market share and accounts.
• Collaborate with internal and external users and clients to deliver results.
• Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with VMS/MSP clients and ensure KPI/contract alignment.
