Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a National Accounts Business Development Manager (Remote) to drive strategic growth across enterprise accounts. This is a high-visibility hunter role focused on net new business with industrial packaging and adjacent sectors.

The BDM will build executive-level relationships, manage a strategic pipeline, and coordinate cross-functionally to move opportunities from discovery to close while exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in industrial packaging, automation, materials, or logistics preferred.
• Experience selling to complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to build executive relationships and drive strategic conversations.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter, organized, and results-driven.
• Team player, capable of working in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition across targeted verticals and enterprise accounts.
• Lead high-level discussions with senior decision-makers to understand needs and align value.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline, aiming for at least 3X annual growth goal.
• Uncover challenges and align Sealed Air solutions to customer pain points.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, marketing, and sales for execution from opportunity to close.
• Consistently exceed sales targets and strategic objectives.
