Responsibilities

• Establish, strengthen, and maintain strategic relationships with key account merchants, customer teams, and third-party sales agencies to accelerate Bussmann sales growth and improve customer service outcomes.
• Develop, execute national account plans that maximize sales, expand distribution, increase market share, and support Eaton’s growth objectives within broker wholesale and co-op retail accounts.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with sales, marketing, product management, customer service, and third-party representative groups to execute growth programs, promotions, line reviews, and customer initiatives.
• Lead category and growth strategy development, including preparation and execution of product line reviews designed to secure additional shelf space, expand product placement, and grow existing and prospective customers.
• Identify, develop, and manage that support Bussmann divisional priorities and long-term channel growth strategies.
• Serve as the primary business owner for assigned Bussmann broker wholesale and co-op accounts, ensuring timely communication, strong internal alignment, and disciplined execution of sales priorities.
