Job summary

Capstone ISG is seeking a driven National Account Representative to expand our national footprint, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The role is fully remote with Eastern Time Zone business hours and national travel as needed.

You will partner with leadership to develop and execute national sales initiatives, identify opportunities, and manage high-value accounts from prospecting to close.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in regional or national account sales or a comparable B2B sales role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and growing accounts.
• Experience with CRM platforms and structured pipeline management.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and work Eastern Time Zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic national sales initiatives targeting priority accounts and markets.
• Drive new business acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion across territories.
• Identify, research, prospect, and pursue high-value opportunities nationwide.
• Create strategic prospecting, networking, and follow-up plans to generate qualified leads.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels with national clients.
• Maintain CRM records, pipelines, and revenue reporting.
