Capstone ISG Inc. is seeking a National Account Representative to expand our national footprint and drive significant revenue growth. This fully remote role requires building relationships with executive-level decision makers and managing high-value national accounts across the United States.

You will negotiate profitable business relationships, identify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to support company growth. Eastern Time zone availability and national travel are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in regional or national account sales or a comparable B2B sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills with senior-level decision makers.
• Experience with CRM platforms and structured pipeline management.
• Willingness to travel nationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic national sales initiatives with the Sales Director.
• Drive new business acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion nationwide.
• Identify, research, and pursue high-value opportunities across the United States.
• Lead strategic prospecting and client engagement to convert prospects into accounts.
• Maintain CRM records, pipelines, and revenue reporting; collaborate with internal teams.
