Xenon Pharmaceuticals, a neuroscience-focused biopharma, seeks a National Account Director, Payer Accounts for the US market. This fully remote role will build relationships with national payers, shape access strategies, and secure favorable formulary positioning as Xenon prepares for Azetukalner launch.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Payer Accounts, the role combines strategic oversight with hands-on payer engagement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10–12 years market access experience, including 5+ years calling national accounts.
• In-depth knowledge of payer/PBM economics in US healthcare.
• Strong analytical skills to drive account performance.

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain touch points at national payer accounts with senior executives.
• Navigate payer organizations to build long-term relationships with key decision makers.
• Develop strategic business plans by account and manage contracting processes.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Value & Access to communicate HEOR data to target audiences.
• Some international travel may be required.
