Job summary

Xenon Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director, Strategic Engagements, Northeast for a fully remote role in the United States. You will drive key US commercial engagement strategies for the epilepsy launch, building relationships with national and regional KOLs and guiding regional market development with cross-functional partners.

You will lead strategic engagement activities, map stakeholders, and inform launch readiness while partnering with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA/PhD preferred.
• Proven ability to engage KOLs and stakeholders.
• Experience in epilepsy or neurology markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with national and regional epilepsy KOLs.
• Lead KOL engagement mapping and cross-functional coordination.
• Inform launch planning and regional business decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams.
• Travel 50–75% to field events and congresses.
