Bohler is seeking a National Account Director to oversee the health, performance, and growth of our national accounts within the land development and AEC consulting space. This remote role centers on strategic relationships, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver consistent, high-quality service across geographies and disciplines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, project management, or client strategy within the AEC/land development industry.
• Experience managing national or multi-regional land development and AEC client relationships would be a plus.
• Strong understanding of Bohler’s service lines (civil engineering, survey, landscape architecture, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned national accounts.
• Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and client objectives.
• Understand client challenges and tailor solutions that align with Bohler’s capabilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing needs with speed and care.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Identify opportunities to expand services, geographies, and partnerships.
• Track performance metrics, ensure profitability, and implement improvements.
• Conduct strategic client meetings and check-ins to strengthen relationships.
