Job summary

Bohler seeks a Regional Development Manager to guide complex land development projects, manage key client relationships, and drive regional growth. You’ll work with regional leadership, project teams, and business development to shape strategy, plan activities, and deliver successful outcomes across a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of land development and permitting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or Surveying.
• Professional licensure as a PE, Landscape Architect, or PLS preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to influence project strategy and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Guide complex development projects from planning to approvals.
• Advise on feasibility, risk, and multi-site programs.
• Strengthen client relationships and expand opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership and business development to drive regional growth.
• Improve project performance through schedules, budgets, and scope management.
• Navigate jurisdictional challenges and regulatory processes.
• Mentor teams and elevate capabilities across the region.
