Job summary

Modus Create is seeking a Sales Development Manager (SDM) to drive new business across the US and Canada in a fully remote role. You will lead a team of SDRs with a hands-on, player-coach approach to outbound prospecting and opportunity generation.

You will coach, train, report KPIs, and contribute to prospect research, tailored outreach, and meeting generation while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging and pipeline performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing SDRs or individual contributors.
• Background in an SDR, inside sales or business development role.
• Experience in the software/technology sector.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
• Organised, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the SDR team to meet targets.
• Oversee recruiting and staffing for the team.
• Drive high-volume outbound prospecting and messaging.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on messaging.
• Share market insights to improve outreach.
• Attend industry events to support programs.
