Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a North American Pursuit Specialist to support the Enterprise Proposal Team. The role focuses on producing, coordinating and maintaining proposal deliverables while ensuring compliant, high-quality materials that differentiate RSM and support new business opportunities.

Location is flexible within the United States. You will monitor brand and quality standards, leverage CRM data, and collaborate with growth and engagement leaders to drive pursuit success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with customer relationship management software.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, ability to learn firm programs.
• Ability to prepare presentations with charts, graphics and tables; strong grammar and proofreading.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pursuit documents leveraging existing text and graphics from multiple databases and resources.
• Review pursuit deliverables to ensure brand, risk compliance and quality standards.
• Ensure pursuit documents use current statistics, graphics and language.
• Monitor CRM to reflect proposal data accurately and maintain records in SharePoint.
• Engage and contribute to group discussions within teams and support relationship development with growth leaders and pursuit teams.
