Job summary

ABB Inc. seeks a Local Division Manager to drive sales, marketing and portfolio management in the US market. You will own full P&L accountability, lead a high-performing team, and execute the division's customer-centric strategy to grow revenue and wallet share.

Remote work in the United States is supported, with 50% domestic travel. You will monitor market trends, collaborate across divisions, and optimize costs while delivering robust financial results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering or related field, with 12+ years of general management/commercial experience.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional teams (Procurement, sales, sales support, and more).
• Product and Portfolio knowledge of Low Voltage IEC Motors and applications.
• Strong financial management experience with prior P&L ownership.
• Experience with Change management and building high performing teams.
• Track record of year-over-year sales growth with meeting/exceeding aggressive targets.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and hold a valid US driver's license.
• Candidates must have work authorization to work in the US.
