ABB is seeking a Local Division Manager to drive sales, marketing, and portfolio management in the US. You will own P&L and lead a cross-functional team to achieve ambitious growth and wallet share while ensuring cost efficiency and strong customer alignment.

The role requires 50% domestic travel, a US driver’s license, and work authorization to work in the US. Remote in the United States; base salary ranges with annual bonus potential.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in general management / commercial and portfolio management.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, sales support).
• Product and portfolio knowledge of Low Voltage IEC Motors and their applications.
• Strong financial management experience with P&L ownership.
• Experience with change management and building high-performing teams.
• Track record of year-over-year sales growth and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Role requires 50% domestic travel and a valid US driver's license.
• Candidates must have work authorization to work in the US.
