ABB in the United States seeks a Local Division Manager to drive sales, marketing, and portfolio management with full P&L accountability. You will lead a cross-functional team, execute a customer-centric strategy, and ensure strong resource productivity while achieving aggressive growth targets.

The role requires 50% domestic travel, valid US driver's license, and work authorization for the US. This is a remote-in-US position with potential for impact across ABB Motion’s Low Voltage IEC motors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in general management/commercial and portfolio management.
• 7+ years leading and developing cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, sales support).
• Product and portfolio knowledge of Low Voltage IEC motors and applications across industries.
• Strong financial management with prior P&L ownership.
• Experience with change management and building high-performing teams.
• Track record of year-over-year sales growth with aggressive targets.
• 50% domestic travel and a valid US driver's license.
• Candidates must have work authorization to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the division's commercial strategy locally.
• Lead a high-performing commercial team to hit sales objectives and KPIs.
• Owns P&L accountability and drives revenue growth while optimizing costs.
• Monitor market trends and provide actionable market insights for planning.
• Manage portfolio with division objectives and ensure trade compliance and tariff/Incoterms adherence.
