Job summary

SimScale is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle for a portfolio of Commercial and High Potential accounts in the US. You will drive onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion, owning the renewal and expansion numbers through to signature.

You will shape how Customer Success works at SimScale, contribute to playbooks, segmentation and tooling, and collaborate with Marketing, Support, Engineering, Product and Sales in an international, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer-facing SaaS with renewals and expansions.
• Proven ability to own a book of accounts end-to-end.
• Experience with contract negotiations and pricing.
• Strong CRM discipline and pipeline forecasting.
• Credible engineering/CAE domain knowledge for tech conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Commercial and High Potential accounts end-to-end.
• Build and manage renewal and expansion pipeline to signature.
• Define account growth plan and next steps for value realization.
• Lead expansion campaigns with Marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate pilots, benchmarks, and evaluations across teams.
• Drive customer health and retention with mitigation plans.
