Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a seasoned Capital Projects Manager to lead a North America-wide team responsible for MHE and facility investments. The role focuses on budgeting, strategic planning, and capital deployment to support safe, reliable operations.

You will present robust business cases to executive leadership, oversee a $50M–$70M annual spend, and drive asset-tracking modernization while coordinating with site leaders and finance across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale capital projects in distribution/manufacturing.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel; data analysis to manage budgets and forecasts.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and North American projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers supporting North American operations with $50M–$70M annual capital spend.
• Develop and drive MHE and facility capital strategy and budgeting.
• Partner with site leaders to prioritize upkeep and capital improvements.
• Standardize asset records and improve data visibility on asset condition and lifecycle costs.
• Develop and maintain a 3–5 year capital plan and provide monthly forecasts.
• Present business cases and funding requests to executives for approvals.
