Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Capital Projects Manager to lead a team supporting capital investments across North America, with a focus on material handling equipment strategy and facility upkeep. Qualifications

• 8+ years of capital project experience in distribution or manufacturing.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across North America.
• Strong capital budgeting, spend management, forecasting and business case development.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel; knowledge of asset management systems (Maximo a plus).

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of project managers overseeing $50M–$70M in annual capital spend.
• Develops and drives MHE and facility capital strategy and asset lifecycle planning.
• Partners with site leaders to prioritize upkeep, repairs and improvements.
• Leads modernization of asset tracking to inform investment decisions.
• Oversees scope, planning, and budgets to deliver on time and within budgets.
• Develops 3–5 year capital plans, leads budgeting, provides monthly forecasts.
• Prepares capital plans and business cases for executive funding approvals.
• Evaluates suppliers and manages relationships to control costs and quality.
• Collaborate with Finance and site leaders to align North America investments.
