The role requires strong budgeting, data analysis, and leadership skills, with SAP/Excel proficiency and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
• Advanced degree desired.
• 8+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale capital projects in distribution or manufacturing environments, including MHE and facility infrastructure.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and coordinating multiple projects across North America.
• Strong capital budgeting, spend management, forecasting, and business case development skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel; data analysis to manage budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of project managers supporting North American operations with $50M–$70M in annual capital spend.
• Develops and drives MHE and facility capital strategy and asset lifecycle planning.
• Partners with site leaders to prioritize upkeep and capital improvements for roofs, RTUs, restrooms, and parking.
• Leads modernization of asset tracking and improves data quality for lifecycle costs.
• Oversees project scope, planning, and budgets to deliver on time and within budgets.
• Develops a three- to five-year capital plan, budgets, and monthly forecasts.
• Ensures well-supported business cases align investments with priorities and ROI objectives.
• Prepares capital plans and funding requests for executive leadership.
• Evaluates suppliers and manages relationships to control costs and quality.
• Collaborates with Finance and site leaders to align investment priorities.
